9 Harley Street is recognised by all UK health insurers. If you wish to claim on an insurance policy you should contact your insurer in advance who will issue you with an authorisation code.

If you are guaranteed by an embassy, you must obtain a letter of guarantee to give us on the day of your visit.

If you do not have authorisation, or if you are paying your own account, you will be asked to pay for any X-rays, MRI or investigations on arrival. We accept all credit cards except American Express. We are happy to quote the cost upon request.

If you are consulting a doctor, they will charge you directly and this should be discussed with their practice, but any investigations will be charged by 9 Harley Street.
