These can be given to the patient, posted or faxed to: 020 7079 2103.
We will contact your patient with the earliest appointment. If you would like a specific time or day, or if the image is urgent, please telephone us on 020 7079 2101. We are happy to provide you with specific slots for regular requests. Please call for further details.
9 Harley Street can accommodate disabled patients and there is a lift to each floor. Our reception is able to take patients' details and has a large waiting area with TV, wireless access, and complimentary beverages.
For ENT consultations we also have an audiology booth, a microscope and nesendoscopy equipment.
There is an ultrasound guided fine needle aspirate service on request.
We are happy to provide rooms on a full or part time basis, and give preference to consultants who require imaging support.

Out patient nursing services.
Our full time nurses are available to undertake phlebotomy, electrocardiograms, allergy testing and spirometry. We are happy to review patients and undertake dressing changes, but please note that some UK insurers will not pay a separate fee if a patient has undergone surgery in a hospital.
Anaesthetic preassessment.
Our facilities can also be used for anaesthetic preassessment. We welcome consultant anaesthetists who wish to use these facilities.
Coagulation clinics
We can manage patients who are anticoagulated and need to undergo surgery requiring conversion to heparin.
We recognise doctors work in teams and that many of our referring doctors prefer a specific radiologist to provide their reports. We are happy for any radiologist who is an NHS consultant, or who has been an NHS consultant, to report your images. Please enter your preferred radiologist on the request. Most radiologists are already set up at 9 Harley Street, and by using our webserver they can report from a remote site. If you do not enter a name we will select the most appropriate radiologist from our list.
We provide all images on a CD which can be read on your computer with no additional software. Unlike many systems, you can download and save images to your records.
You can also access images online via our webserver. Please contact us if you would like this facility and we will be happy to provide our terms of use and to arrange this for you at no charge.

Consulting rooms
All our consulting rooms are air conditioned and have desktop computers. There is an investigation room for every two consulting rooms if you wish to examine patients in a separate room. Each floor has a secretary's room.
